Sports Massage
A special type of massage that is typically used before, during, and after athletic events. The purpose of this massage is to prepare you for peak performance, drain away fatigue, relieve swelling, reduce muscle tension, promote flexibility, and prevent injuries. $80 (60 Min.)

Deep Tissue Massage
Focusing on the deeper layers of muscle tissue, this massage releases chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the fibers of the muscles, tendons, and fascia.  $80 (60 Min.)

Aromatherapy Massage
A gentle, nurturing massage concentrated on benefiting the lymph flow throughout the body. We will incorporate aromatheraphy body oil while you relax under the gentle hands of our licensed therapist.  $80 (60 Min.) 

Hot Stone Massage
This specialty massage uses smooth, heated stones to deeply soothe and relax your muscles.  $80 (60 Min.)

Back Massage
Any of the above massage techniques can be performed on the back area for 30 minutes; this a great lunchtime massage break! $45
